GORDON SMITH
Principal / Executive Coach / Funding Guru
Gordon is Chiros Management’s principal consultant, offering expertise, resources, and guidance to help our clients succeed in their industry. He assesses your needs and brings in our team of professional experts to ensure best practices for greater success.
Gordon is a U.S. Army Combat Veteran with a Master of Science in Finance from Southern Methodist University. He’s also an experienced Faith-based Executive Coach and Nonprofit Executive Director.
Gordon recently transformed a nonprofit within the first 90 days by invigorating the culture, building relationships, and discovering new lines of revenue.
He accomplished this by establishing relationships with Local, State, and Federal elected officials within the first month. These relationships spurred the submission of a State Appropriation and the nonprofit was awarded $8.5 million in July of 2023. He also successfully 4Xed the municipal contributions within 7 months.
CHRISTINE DEANE
Strategist / Networking Diva / Marketing Consultant & Fractional CMO
Our “Diva” is an out-of-the-box thinker and strategist, always looking for ways to build relationships and partnerships to serve the greater good. She’s a sucker for a cause and loves working with for-profit and nonprofit mission-driven organizations.
Christine’s super power is helping organizations think big so they can make a bigger impact. She loves identifying opportunities for multiple steams of revenue within an organization and then putting systems in place to capitalize on those opportunities. Her goal is to help you scale and grow.
Once the foundation is solid, she excels at creating & implementing impactful marketing strategies.
When Christine isn’t consulting or coaching, you can find her serving on the Board of Advisors for The Veterans Ranch and as a Founding Board Member of the DFW Veterans Chamber of Commerce.
VICTOR G FREEMAN, JR
IT & Technology Wizard / Project Management / Business Consultant
U.S. Air Force Veteran, serving overseas for most of his military career, Victor is an IT Professional with a strong background in consulting and project management, focusing on multi-million dollar enterprise level projects. He takes great pride in completing projects on time and on budget.
He loves having an impact on the bottom line and is constantly looking for ways to increase profit and decrease expenses.
Victor excels at seeing the big picture and tying all the moving parts together to create seamless integrations.
An experienced C-suite business consultant, Victor understands the priorities of the CEO, COO, and CTO in the public sector and in government entities. His experience spans from healthcare to financial institutions, and multiple county organizations.
